With a mission to improve gender equity and intersectionality in healthcare leadership, CSweetener provides year-long mentorships to women and non-binary healthcare professionals in healthcare. Mentees choose from a network of industry luminaries who each have at least two decades of experience, and offer their time as volunteer mentors. The program is free to all eligible applicants, as a means of removing barriers to participation, and all mentees are provided with opportunities to become inclusive leaders and seek personal support for navigating intersectional identities at work. CSweetener is run and supported by the HLTH Foundation, a 501(c)3 charity that promotes equity, inclusion and opportunity in healthcare and is affiliated with HLTH, Inc.
