C-Suite Bosses fund mentorships for their employees, recruits or others of their choosing, such as startup founders. These are the market leaders dedicated to leadership development within their organizations or networks.

All CSweetener mentees have access to support for managing their identities in the workplace, and can choose mentors who offer counseling on leading for inclusion and belonging, or careers in diversity, equity & inclusion. CSweetener

Invite Mentees: Select employees, recruits or others in your network to receive a mentorship. Mentees fill out an application and profile that help them find the best mentors to help them meet their goals.
Recruit Mentors: Any C-level leader (all genders) with 20 years of healthcare experience can apply to be a mentor. Mentors have access to meet with one another - an opportunity to expand their own peer networks.
Enjoy Flexibility: Opt for your mentees to work with the entire mentor network, or choose from mentors within your organization. Mentees work with one or many mentors during their time with CSweetener.
Follow Your Mentees’ Progress: Receive regular updates on mentee engagement
